My concern are the words on the Fee's structure document they sent.....it clearly said that the processing fee is non returnable, but the RPRF is a returnable fee. So, when they say returnable, does it mean that the DD is returned without encashing it, or will they encash it and then return the money back if negative. If the latter is true, then there is another step between RPRF encashment and DM, which we are missing to understand. Maybe there is one more finance department who only takes care of RPRF and other DDs, regardless of what other departments do.
How i wish we had some retired person from NDVO on this forum.

patience is the key.. no need to think anything extravagant at this stage.

they dont take our money if they dont decide to give visa..

ecas status is always in process... i hate to see in process....

but as june is nearing.... they have to finish their quota for the
yr and atleast they will stamp the visa's for them whos rprf has
been encashed....... befor june..... i hope so.. in the worst case scenario

I hope you are right. I have stopped trying to guess the ways of NDVO
