I agree with you. It states once approved. Means the bill will be discussed in Parliament and then approved. and once approved will be effective on already submitted applications. So my guess is it'll be approved after July-2012 and by then MI-3 applicants would already have the visa. My personal opinion.

today my ECAS status has been changed to "DECISION MADE". No medical line recieved line added. No canadian address appeared. DD was encashed on 23 march. Anyone with same situation? When i will receive my PP back?

I am getting damn scared and worried now. The 'Medicals Received' updates have never happened, and it is concerning me a lot. I am wondering if the DMP's documents reached them at all, although the online tracker of the couriers shows 'Delivered'.
Looks like the dream is getting converted into a mirage now

I think if DD is en-cashed then Medicals received won't make a difference. You will see decision made soon I
believe.

When was your DD and passport received by the NDVO as per the courier???

I found some other piece of information on Qorax thread & they are saying that the CIC is already working on this pattern but behind the curtain that is the reason that some of the applications are getting Medicals request very quickly & others are on hold..

Now I am also worried, as I haven't got the medicals yet.. I have another month to wait & look for my category..

this will be applied to those who got PER or still waiting PER???OR it will apply at any stage?
is it still proposal or it was implemented ?
if still proposal ;when expected to be implemented?

its been 27 days fr me since rprf encashment and i havent heard of DM yet .

my noc is 3142 as well

Hey Chintu....it was Professional Couriers...their online tracking says that i was delivered on 20th March.

Anyone please; my Ecas today shows a SECOND LINE: "We started processing your application on April 11, 2012." Does any one know i will receive soon the medicals. I got per on November 30th. Hope it is good news!!

It may take 15-30 days for DM to come after DD encashment.
