There are still a few of us from LVO who haven't received MR yet. I sent a CSE 1 month ago and they replied on the 23/01/12 saying that my file was waiting to be reviewed by an imigration officer. Not exactly sure what that means, it could be on someones desk for review or still in a pile of files! Still haven't heard anything yet and getting really frustrated. ECAS still shows in process with no address and 'we received your .......' Any change with you?

Hi I used the web form for LVO when I sent my CSE. Let me know when you get a reply. It took 7 days for me to get a reply

hi everyone, today i m done with my medicals. as abhishek has described its little embarrassing :-[but one shouldn't panic abt it , just consider it as new experience in ur life n all will end well. best of luck to those who have 2 pass thru this process n thanx to all for their haertly congtrs

No Change is my address disappeared on 27th Jan. Same message ' We received ................on 24th August'

According to the instructions attached. I have to submitt my passport and MER before April 1, 2012.

So, now problem is...I am in Canada and my spouse is in India. How its gonna work? Can I send my passport by courier to NDVO?
How can I do my medicals in Canada? The attached form is for India, Nepal & Bhutan only...


Please friends I need your guidance..

I think u have to go back to India for ur medicals...........!!
Nd i have also heard somewhere that u cant send ur passport by post from US to INDIA..............!!!

IM NOT 100% sure........!!!
Plz call and ask NDVO itself..............
