Thanks for your support guys! I got email from immigration officer where he stated that i do not meet requirements. No point about refund. That is why i have asked for your help on this question. And how will it happen? Will they put money on my credit card? RIght?

As for me, most of you know that I have sent a second application in the NOC 2121. My application was received by CIO on 3rd Nov, 2011.

My application package was sent back due to cap reached . The letter was dated 9th january.

Looks like the cap reached in 3rd or 4th week of october 2011. I am not sure if I will resend the application in 2012 July.

If your application was assessed against the six Selection factors,Refund would not be made as your submission has been processed and points awarded but short of 67 points.

You may re-check your letter to know if it was assessed against Age,Experience,Adaptability,Proficiency,Education and Aeo
