It has to be on a bank letter head.....signed by a Bank Official. Yes that is enough.

Bank Certificate is by far one of the easiest document to gather. Just tell your bank you need a certificate on their letter head mentioning the number of years you have been their customer and your bank balance. You should get it almost instantly. Get it signed (round seal) by an official. Just in case you want to add that in. I would suggest you do, so that there are no firther enquiries from the VO about your POF, which normally delays the process by a few days at least.
