I need your expert opinion.

My application for 2121 have received on 14th Oct2011.
My visa office is London & Mode of payment is BD.
There is no response after that and according to bank no BD encashment as of 28Dec2011.

Should i call CIO on 13th Jan(90 days complete) or wait untill 120 days?
In Fact i am worried about cap reached on 2121.

It helps your info. My Ecas show only " In process" and after
clicking on it" we have received your app on 03 August"
No info about RBVO or for the PER letter yet.
Hopefully they will update this soon.

Just to mention that when I click on the "In Process" status it shows only the first 2 linens that I mentioned yesterday.

About my MR, I am waiting them like there is no tomorrow (ca painea calda)

Good luck, and hopefully we get our visas before the kids go on summer break.

what is that "process fee encased date" in NER tab does it mean that procee fee was charged yesfor certain applicant and then they received an NER yes

Pls read alexchristi's post on page 1049 (to quote some below), it's abt changing address too, some topics abt these were discussed in previous pages also...

I have the same ECAS screen like you wit no option for address change; but you will find this option going at the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp ; and under "I need to do" you will find "Change adress"

My Ecas shows the same like you, but my street number is missing and is been replaced with N/a.
Before the address disappeared everything was okay and the address was written above my name.
Who knows maybe they are working to input our data and strange things are happening...
Let's wait and see what's going on.

mine too is the same, although date of receipt is on the 27th...

I understood what you meant, thanks! I'm just a bit worried because my street number disappeared
and is replaced with N/a and beside this , there is no info about RBVO.
I think you will get the medical next week prietene they worked on sending you MF last week.
Don't worry it will go smooth from now on, we just have to be patient.
"Posta Romana" can dely the delivery also, you know how they are working.LOL
I received snail mail in my business correspondance with one week delay from the delivery date in Romania.

imo, you are still safe at 81 days since receipt of ur app, but you can call them next week to ease your tension...btw, do u have an agent? also, report of our banks abt bd/dd encashment is usually late, in most cases, applicants had already received their PER before being informed by their banks abt encashment date...

Expert Opinion ------> U can place an inquiry about the status of ur application after 6 weeks of submission.

My opinion ---> Call them and tell that ur BD was encashed and u want ur file number/UCI number..........(dont worry whether it was actually encashed or not) lol...thanks for giving me something to laugh at today ;D
