H guys finally I got my application package back from CIO with all documents and bank draft the application is stamped by red stamp CIC Sydney mail room which is 6th of September 2011 and by pencil they wrote up XF no. Which is the no. Of rejected file and in uci they wrote my uci no with red pen all with cover letter explained why they returned my application coz 3131 cap reached as well as no job offer anyway thanks Allah I got my package.

Dear Farrukh,

On your returned package, did they use the address labels that you provided with your application . I am just trying to determine when do they use it.
My E-CAS address is incomplete and my email to LVO received no response. Basically they have not written P.O.Box before the number. If they use my address label then my Medical forms can reach my PO Box safely, if not, I am worried.
The address on the PER email was complete though.

Hi I have the same problem as my postcode is wrong on ecas address and I also emailed LVO who never sent me a reply either. I am hoping they use my address labels for my MR and I am keeping a check on my ecas status so if it changes and I don't receive anything after that then I will get in touch with them again.

Hi I am 6th July 2011 applicant with LVO and my ecas is still the same as yours and I have not heard anything else, hope that helps!

I suggest now,since you can longin to your ecas, to fire the lousy representative
because they charge you a lot of money and are very unprofessionals most of them!
You can write a letter to CIO office and inform this change. By doing this, you will have all the correspondance controlled and send straight to you.
(e-mail, snail mail,etc)
