Still waiting for my cc to get charged
last reported payment was of a 14th oct applicant
And its been more that one week since then
looks like my application got rejected

i'm new here and thou i'm under august fsw, somebody advised me to drop-by here since more seniors are knowledgeable enough to answer any inquiries on this thread.

i applied under noc 3152 (fsw) last august 9,2011 and no formal result yet...i emailed CIO last
dec. 10 and received their reply last dec. 29 stating: YOUR APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED AND AWAITING REVIEW. YOU WILL BE [/b]CONTACTED IN DUE COURSE...i just want to ask what does it mean? am i included in the 500 quota? some of my friends received a negative reply due to CAP reached and they submitted earlier than mine.

hope you can help me understand about these since no words from my agency regarding ON this mater..

It's too early to think that, don't forget it's a holiday season in Canada right now, so it takes longer to process our applications. They will get back to work tomorrow or day after tomorrow and will charge your cc

Dont lose heart. Your CC will be charged this week. They will be back from holidays and will charge your CC first thing

Dear rn-rn,

The CAP for NOC 3152 closed around 20th of July. Any application that reached after that would be sent back.

I am sorry to be giving you this news. But I thought it is better to face reality and work on your plan B, so that you can land in Canada at the eariest.

All the best for your future application (you can try provincial nominee programme or Quebec).

Hi Folks,

After my applications for FSW 1122 being sent back twice in 2 consecutive years for CAP being filled, today I got my 1st AOR and the file number for the Quebec certificate.. Hope I clear all the remaining levels for Quebec
