This is only necessary if you are staying in the other country (not your home country) at the moment of appication and want your VO to be in that other country. In that case you have to prove that you've legally stayed in this country for more then one year. Otherwise I don't think that you need to send them your visas and exit stamps.

Dear ALL,
need suggestion from all the seniors...as i am applying for second time in FSW category..today i got bank statement from my bank bt they have given me only 3 months statement claiming that their rule is to give six month statement only twice in a year.if i need that i have to apply to their central office. and it will take 2-3 weeks...wat to do now???3 months statement is enough or should i wait for one month for 6 months statement...really confused

Dear klmy, just attach a bank certificate shwing current balance. Statement is optional u can attach 3 months also. There is no use of waiting for a thing which is not necessary. I did same and got PER. Statement may be asked in the end of process and Your visa office would mention the duration of statement at that time. So just send ASAP. But chek rechek the forms and documents.. Gud luck our best wishes 4 u...

dear Katkoot , I think that u'll have to wait for PER on mail as u told us that u cant check the cheque status whether it's encashed or not , right?

question for all who got PER ... do they inform u on the same day about PER by E-mail , or all u just waited for snail mail post , and if they informed via E-mail , did they do so on the same day they took PER decision or there's a gap , please advice us.

As far as I understand, the decision is communicated by communication officer. so, there is a few days gap between PER decision and communication.

do we need to send original educational transcripts?? as previously i sent only notarized copies of educations certificates and degrees...now my friend is saying we have to send original.bt they accepted my notarized copies last time...
for passport copies all the pages we have to submitt or only those containing stamps and visas?

Educational documents - notorized copies
Passport- some agent says that all pages. But I sent only the first page showing photo, information and signature. If you have got visa of any country, it is worth to copy that page also. Please do not forget to notorize it too.
