OMG I logged on today with mixed feelings and a hope to read lots of good news. But what do I see instead? So much love and good wishes floating around! I am SOOOO happy guys. For the last couple of days our thread seemed to have been overtaken by bad vibes. It was very upsetting. Now everything is back to normal....if not even better Be blessed my friends. I just have to mention a few people:
It takes a lot of courage to own up our mistakes, Ravi you did it!
It takes a special person to forgive and forget, RKC you did it!
It takes a cool head to point everyone to the right direction,Westpoint you did it!

dear russel i am not getting your point.....our application received by cic on same date.........and at that time the total number of noc 0631 was 180 regarding cic weakly update...........so we should be in 180-200....why are you talking about 500......... :-\.............please clear my confusion..........did u send ur application to nova scotia sydney..........??waiting for your reply eagerly..........

Dear Toronto25, I don't want to confuse you nor want to make you afraid but just want to share some thought of mine.Yes, I totally agree while I applied(NOC 0631) application received by cic was 180 only. And I shouldnt be worried about getting in, in the cap. But now I am very much worried. No one exactly know what CIC do when they received and how they do cap calculation.I have two assumption.

*Assumtion one: CIC received it make a application received seal and put in their storage according application received date and only when your application is due, they open it, do the review, encashed the cc/bd and then count the cap. If it is like this, if only the cc/bd encashment is the key measurement then my friend I am not in the cap as I already asked my bank on 9th of December about my bd, bank said not encashed yet. Where cap reached 500 at 8th of December for 0631.

*Assumption two: CIC received the application, do the overall checking and if application comply with all their requirement then they keep it otherwise they send it back. In this way CIC may be do the complete assessment within 1month time. Then they keep it and on due time they only encashed your cc/bd. Here in this assumption cc/Bd not the key factor as they already completed your completeness check before the encashment. If it is like this my friend, you and me in the cap and get news of our cc/Bd encashment news after passing 80 days only. As now a days cc/ Bd encashing time is around 80 days. So wait 80 days.
