Hi everyone, please include me in your list
Category........: FSW1
Visa Office......: Manila
NOC Code......: 3152
App. Filed.......: 11-July-11
1st AOR.........: 4-Oct-11
2nd AOR.........: 26-Oct-11

I have a question though. I wento t US on 2008 with tourist visa and stayed there for 5 months and 26 days. I did not put in my application the address where I stayed there (my bro's house) on the list of the addresses where I lived since 18y.o.. Do I have to inform the visa office about this? Thanks!ü

hi cru,

welcome to the forum and ur now on the spreadsheet...congratulations for being an orange applicant ;) however, there are still missing details, hope you can send em back kabayan...

1) i understood you did not write the address where u stayed during your visit to the US but, did you declare that you visited US in 2008?
2) if you did declare it, did you include any pcc along w/ ur application package?
3) if you did declare it, did you include a copy of your passport where entry/exit stamps are shown?

if the answers to the 3 statements above are yes, i think there's no need to worry at all...if vo requires it, perhaps they will inform u in writing...

do you mean to say VO made inquiry already abt your submiited docs to Higher Ed Comm and Foreign Aff Min?

Nah!
I mean I have already got my educational docs attested and verified on my own from these two departments way back in 2009 when i was applying for a job offer in Malaysia.

Hi All:

I have a concern, maybe you could give me some suggestions.

I applied under Post June 26 2010 program, Pretoria visa office is very very dead dead and dead slow. so far the E-case is still showing "In process", no MR or anything else. So I applied again, after July 1st 2011, Visa Office is Beijing. Beijing will process my application soon, and I concerned that the visa office won't allow me to have 2 "In Process" at the same time.

If I withdraw the Pretoria application by then, I'm not sure how long will make them to withdraw my application. I have waited for years now, I don't want to wait any longer.

Any suggestion? should I withdraw the application now or later? Does anyone had the same situation before?

2) if you did declare it, did you include any pcc along w/ ur application package? -if i got it right, pcc means Police Clearance Certificate, then yes.
3) if you did declare it, did you include a copy of your passport where entry/exit stamps are shown? - NO i only submitted a copy of my passport profile page and US visa profile page.

if the answers to the 3 statements above are yes, i think there's no need to worry at all...if vo requires it, perhaps they will inform u in writing...
