Finally i got west point, your highness on this forum
i already explained my position..i got NER because of my work experience letter in which my employer didnt mention my main duties..even my consultant didnt inform me to correct that..anyways m planning to apply again.already got new experience letter...my questions are...this time i dont want to add any consultant in my application..do i need to mention in my new application that i have quit the services of representative or its ok to send without it.. no need to mention. it is understood that if u did not include the USE OF A REP form(5476), it means u did not use a consultant or an immigration lawyer...
second ..is it wise decision to apply this january or should i wait for next july...my NOC 3142 as of December 22, total applicant under your noc is just 109 so it is wise to send it ASAP...theres plenty of room for your application under noc 3142

thanx a lot for ur kind reply...really i missed your previous post..thats y bothering the forum members again and again...really it was a big set back getting NER for my application..anyways its life wat we call it...surely i will get back to all of you again..because m planning to apply next week.....thanx again to all of you

do not be in such a haste to submit your applications w/out checking again with the links that YH has mentioned. It is worthy to review your forms for signature/date/ dates of school records should match w/ the Personal history, content of coe, supporting docs, recheck recheck recheck...

getting NER gives u an experience on what u should do next time around. consultants are not the same. i didnt know before that they could sap all the anger/the disappointments/the frustrations that we have in our body and i am glad my previous agency has taken all of that away from me ;D ;D ;D with this nth application of mine, i can say i am more relaxed and composed, whatever will be will be, PLUS i do not have to shell out so much money for their fee ;D ;D ;D

Dear Sir: I have applied under MI-3, NOC code: 1122. As per my Ecas - it says "We started processing your application on November 22nd 2011". Does this mean my application is still under process for background/ security checks or an MR has already been sent? Because I believe the MR is sent through normal post. The country where I reside - Kuwait - has terrible postal service where letters lie around at the post office for 4-5 months without being sorted especially during this season.. I do not want to miss my MR letter, if already sent.. Can you please advice me, if possible, by email when the MR is being sent, so I can easily track it down here at the post office? Thank you in advance for obliging... and taking time to read this. Seasons Greetings!

We are unsure what you mean by MR, but on 23 November 2011 we sent medical forms and requested for RPRF fees.

Please allow additional time for delivery as post is also slow at the time of year.
