snail mail is another word for ordinary post.

For PCC , you can go to passport office in Worli ,carry with you original & copies of your photo identity documents like driving license, PAN card , your passport & address proof docs. like ration card , electricity & telephone bills & your photographs. Fill up a PCC form ,attach all copies of documents to it. They'll keep your passport after checking originals , then pay fees of Rs. 300 per person on the next counter. Your passport with attached PCC will be sent back by registered post to your current address.

thank you rkc

any one document is enough for id proof as well as address proof right....

Hellosss my friends and country(wo)men...was out on vacation...celebrating my PER.

WOW I have SO MANY pages to go through. Will go back to where I left and catch up with you all soon enough.

I was warmly welcomed back into the forum by getting an addition of two minus 1s :P Ooops I havent even been posting :D Or maybe that's what the minuses were about. For not posting and dissapearing for days together....ha...ha...ha...

So happy to be back. I seem to miss you all more than I had imagined :-*

Hello KLMY,

Welcome to this wonderful thread.

About writing your duties and responsibilites in the work exp certificate....please follow the info asked for line by line in the Document Checklist. There it clearly mentions that you should give a detailed description of your duties in the work exp certificate. The Document Checklist in the CIC website is far more valuable than any consultant. Please go through that and the Instruction guide very very carefully. Go through it several times and soak it in. For any explanation on that we are always there to help and assist.

So glad to see that you have geared up to re-apply. Do write in for any clarifications, and I am sure you will succeed this time around.

Good luck.

Hello!
My cc was encashed today, 19 dec. :P

This is my second application and I am very scared bcz first time CIC cashed my money and then I took NER. (65 points). The reason was that I did not presented my uncle's birth certificate from Canada and failed to get 5 points for adaptability. In the second application I sent my relative birth certf. I hope it will be better.
Good luck and congratulations to all those with PER and MR.! :-* :D

Welcome LED. Wish you good luck this time around.

thank you for thinking about the Philippines. As of last night, close to a thousand have died in 2 southern cities.

GOSH!!!! I am so sorry to hear this. I had no clue. Trust all my filipino friends and their families are safe. My heart goes out to those who lost their loved ones. May God give them strength to overcome this :(

Not enough...IMO you should carry more docs for id & address proof, it will save you another trip to the PP office.

Thank you dear westpoint. Thanks to you for starting this thread, which has blossomed into a family now :-)

hi sir

my MR was sent to manila VO last dec 13 but im afraid with my ecas now because my address was gone since last monday. What does it mean? please help, i you can.
thanks

I am sorry gina for my very late reply, been really busy being an organista sa simbang gabi...and with school vacation, my children have occupied wall street, i mean the computer rather hehehe...do not worry abt the ecas status, that happens in most cases, the important thing is MR is on the way therefore u should give a visit to ur post office or always wave to mr postman for that precious MR...

RKC you did!!! Thank you :-) ... I have yet to receive my papers in hand... Though LVO informed me the letter was sent on November 23rd.. I have edited my profile information to reflect the dates on my Ecas... Also can you please update the MR date...? Thanks in advance!

Praying your MR will reach in time...

Guess what, when I sent the case specific enquiry, I used the term MR ... In their reply they said...
We're not sure what you mean by MR, but we sent you medical forms and RPRF fees on November 23rd...
:-)

Hahaha... you wrote MR in CSE mail . We are all now so used to this forum's lingo. I got a little worried after you mentioned about Kuwait's postal delays. Hope you'll not have to cut short your vacation & rush back to send meds on time. Stay healthy & take care. Your row updated on tracker.

I noticed dnyfyn is not so active in this thread. He's done with meds and recently got a call for PPR. He could be the first to receive the leaf in this forum's july 2011s.

Yes dnyfyn is not active here, I have to go looking for him on other threads to get his updates for the track sheet. There is a good chance of him being the first one to get FSW-MI3 visa. Though I think actungbabyk is also in the race.

I think it makes sense to add columns "Meds & RPRF submission date" & " PP submission date" to our track sheet as many members are on the last step of processing? Lets see what other admin members & forum members think.

Please call CIC if you havent called already. You will find the number in many previous posts of this thread. Pick up the number from one of the posts and call. Just remember you have to wait in queue for at least 15 to 20 mins. So hang in there...and talk to them.

Good luck
