Hello Friends,

Any idea what is happening with Buffalo?

I have one more question. I have my PCC's and FBI reports ready. Do I need to wait till the VO requests it before I send it or should I just send it anyway?

I appreciate your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Buffalo for sometime has been very slow in processing. You may not expect them to open your file for another 4 months atleast. :( You will be blessed with a lot more of patience by the end of your application process.
As for the PCC and FBI reports, one of the senior members in this forum has told me that buffalo does accept these even when you send them without asking for. Ideally, they are sent only when asked for. Now that you already have them,I can suggest you to wait for one month before their expiration and then send them to buffalo. Make sure they reach buffalo before they expire (3 months from date of issue). If buffalo does not accept your PCCs, they can always ask for them during or after your MR. I know it is a real pain to get those FBI reports. Mine took more than 80 days. Besides my suggestion, use your own judgement. In my view, sending them ahead is not going to harm your application at all. Good Luck!!

Thanks NKKD Hortons! Really appreciate your thoughts on this. I am thinking of sending it. I think it's better to sent rather than letting it expire. Even the consultant is insisting on sending this. Are you talking about expiration dates for FBI report? Is there an expiration date for PCC's from Indian Consulate?

Thanks a lot.
