Not a single call made to any one of my previous employers. My current employer also did not get a call.

i think these members are not there in the spread sheet. are they new to this forum. they even dont respond to our quotes.

My application was received on Oct. 14. Credit card was encashed yesterday. The NOC code is 2121 with 37 free applications. I worry about the CAP reached. When do they put application in the Cap? After encashing or PER?

I have not any idea whether my cheque has been encashed or not. My application has been received in 23 November. The staffs of CIC now enjoy their X'mas vocation. I guess my per will arrive after Jan. 10th 2012. Everyday I am living in anxiety. :'( :'( :'(

After a long and exhausting wait, I have finally received my medical and passport request from the new delhi visa office!! Since, I am in canada on work permit, I am packing my bags back to India to submit the passport! WoooooHoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Thanks every1, FYI i am a july applicant, recieved PER on 14th september, MR on 20th December, NOC- 1122.
I have no details abt background check yet. I have been given 45 days time to send all documents.
Would anyone know how long does it take for the doctors to send medical reports. pls suggest.

Hi guys yesterday I got a reply from CIO as I mentioned before


Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 28 Nov 2011 as the cap of NOC 3131 has been reached.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.
