CIC website is very helpfull to the consultants to mislead their customers , a number of consultants are still receiving applications of those NOC which have caped in september or october due to CIC website is not showing exact figures, so beaware of these consultants. thanks

Dear Friends,

After a long waiting time, Today I have recieved my PER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just about one hour ago I have checked my email and the PER was in my inbox
20 December 2011, 6.45 PM( Romanian Time)

I've tried to copy/paste the whole content of the e-mail from CIO, but I cannot post it!!!?
If enybody can tell me how to post it by Copy/ Paste, I will be more then happy to share
the letter with all of you guys!!

Anyhow, I'am a 1122 applicant which application was received on 03 August, but had the
employement arranged and approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada
It's been 5 months now until they checked and confirmed my employment offer .

I wanted to thank all the forum members for the valued information posted and I pray GOD to
be on our side for the long jurney ahead of us !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys yesterday I got a reply from CIO as I mentioned before


Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 28 Nov 2011 as the cap of NOC 3131 has been reached.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

After a long and exhausting wait, I have finally received my medical and passport request from the new delhi visa office!! Since, I am in canada on work permit, I am packing my bags back to India to submit the passport! WoooooHoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Heraty congratulations for your medicals... We are sharing same time lines, so would like to ask you some queries:
1. what is your ECAS status showing?? Is address visible to you at your ECAS status??
Has RBVO status shown on your ECAS?? WHat is detail status showing (2 lines or 4 lines?)...
Fast tarcking of your process is due to yoru work permit or seriously NDVO is working so hard TY ??

Currently my address at ECAS status is diappeared (since 2 days) and I am waiting for my medicals...
Pl share your comments... Praying about my MR.....

I m in big big big trouble...........dont know whats going on...???my application reached there 20 september,2011,noc 0631..........nd infiant's application reached there 21sep,2011......same noc......he got the mail yesterday causing that his application will be returned due to cap reached..........but i didn't get any mail..........what does it mean???is this the sign of processing of my application?? because according to the date i should also get that mail as infiant got............please share ur opinion...........thanks.........

dear toronto25, nd infants may receive email in the response of enquiry because CIO never inform through email to applicants whose applications are returned due to cap reached or incomplete , your chances are present , if you dont gain per this week then this confirm you are not in cap , i checked spread sheet , your chances may remain till the end of this week.good luck
