Dear All,I have to share this bad news with you. NOC 0631 cap reached and to day they start sending back applications. I have called CIC just now and they told me this. After a long conversation they find out my application. And they said I have missed out the cap. So frustating.

Hey russell, don't be frustrated, this'll give you time to gather your documents for july, its around the corner.
