PER received date 2 December 2011

My dear frined, Dear Bhallasorav,

From the DHL, it says my application was received on 3rd September, 2011, which is saturday. I heard, they do not receive anything on saturday. I checked the ecas and it says that they received my application on 6 September 2011.

I called CIC just 30 minutes back and the lady said they have not yet started working on Sept applications. She also said they are still on 31 Aug applications. Now the matter is clear that calling CIC customer service is a waste of time and money as well since our friend Mr. Bhandari whose application received by CIO on first week of September received his PER today, and his BD was encashed on 21 Nov.

I called CIC just 30 minutes back and the lady said they have not yet started working on Sept applications. She also said they are still on 31 Aug applications. Now the matter is clear that calling CIC customer service is a waste of time and money as well since our friend Mr. Bhandari whose application received by CIO on first week of September received his PER today, and his BD was encashed on 21 Nov.

I have my PER on my inbox. I would have shown it to you, If I were in India. Trust me, they have already opened many files of mid of September. They have to enter lots of data on their computer system. Therefore, it may take sometimes to reply on the files accordingly and based on the catagory which one has applied. However, I trust there will rains of reply on the applications next week.
