Good news just now I called CIO and she told me that yesterday afternoon we started opening files of 1st week of September and she gave my client id but it's not working online good luck to all

Awesome. This is very good news. Client ID means your CC / BD has been encashed and mostly on the way to PER. right?

I sent an email to this address "CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca" on November-09-11 and they replied me on November-28-11 with:
Dear Sir/Madam:
With this file number I can check my ECAS! and my status is "In Process" and when I click it, shows "We received your application for permanent residence on August 26, 2011. "
But no PER mail till now! I am awaiting for it.

According to our spread sheet, there are applicants who received a PER 119 days after fee encashment. So, just keep waiting and let us hope you will get a positive response very soon.
