Hi all,

This reply I got this morning from CIO. I submitted my police report separately after my application. I was asking with them to attach the police report to my application.

I already received PER on 16th Nov, 2011.

Good Afternoon,

I can find no record of our office having received your documents submitted 15 Sept 2011 and adding it to the file. You file was assessed by our office and a letter was sent to you via email on 16 Nov 2011 and your file has been transferred to the visa office for final determination. I have forwarded your email to our mailroom, once they locate your submitted document it will be forwarded to the visa office to be added to your file.

the gap between cc/bd encashment has again grown to 10 days. i wish i was sherlock holmes and being able to read into the mind n working of coons sitting in CIO
does it mean tht completeness check has been completed for a vast number of applicants up to first week of september and eligibility review officers have got work piled up on their desk.

even the first person in the forum had not recd MR .

right now May & June 2011 NDVO applicants are receiving MR. From our sheet it's been less than two months when the first AOR (Oct 4 - actungbabyk) was issued. I think MI3 NDVO batch should see their first MR request released possibly before Christmas.. may be sooner. Really hoping that way. Wish you best of luck.

so the VO carry out the final determination. which is contradictory to the wording of 'positive final determination of eligibility' used by the CIO in PER letter.

The firsts MR update (NDVO) should come from you & others with Oct AORs. Have you added your newborn's papers to your application already? TC.

i received my snail mail from NDVO regarding my second AOR dated Nov 25. Can somebody suggest approximately when i will receive my MR letter.

from the spread sheet i gathered tht some VO sent the MR right away with the start of the processing. so lets c how it goes with the NDVO.

But not in case of New Delhi they are taking 3-4 months after PER.
