Congrats SmGrGe & Big O on CAS updates. London is the fifth VO to start processing MI3. Waiting for New Delhi to take cue .....spreadsheet status updated for both.

"we have started processing your file" in London VO means they've started background checks I guess.... Security checks only after receiving passports I understand...
RKC - you are in processs now right and you've got your second AOR... So your background check is going on now too, right??

I am not sure that being the first to get a visa is a good thing! The first one will have to buy beer, Wine, set up the chimney and rent a dancing floor for the dance...

I just hope that Zelda can afford all of this $$$$

Hi, congratulations hopefully you will hear come good news soon! My ecas is still the same saying that they reviewed my file and sent me a letter, so no change yet.

Am sure they're working on your file too possie!! All do not get updated at the same time... And some people even get issued the visa and their ecas still shows rbvo - ideally it shouldn't!!

I totally agree ...the process wouldn't have been so exciting if not for this forum,this thread. We here let out & share anxieties, triumph, disappointment. We learn, we support , we smile & sometimes cry together.

the people here makes this forum beautiful, life is hard, stressful, full of paranoia, the anxiety from waiting could really drive us nuts but with everyone's support we get through them and after sometime, after all the troubles, we get to look back w/ a smile and say it is all worth it :-*

At least for NDVO - 'We reviewed & started processing.." is equivalent to all checks are over & MR/RPRF/PPR issued. Not too sure about LVO.

Can't say if my B checks are going on . I guess all the documents on our file are too clean & straight ,PCCs are included, the VO officer should not even feel the need of having them checked ( they use services of third party for checks). And we all know B checks are random. Let's see how things turn out.

Ya RKC....this forum is my extended family now...lovely people make a lovely world. And to think they are the people we are planning to live the rest of our years with...in Canada...it's wonderful (see I am being really positive here...coz our PERs are on the way)! I am waiting eagerly to meet all of you in person.

If not for this Forum....a lot of us would have had a nervous breakdown by now

LVO applicants started receiving the same message "started processing your application" (including me).
I wish that is the date they send us the medicals like you....

The thread is filled with positive energie because of the great poeple in it, I don't have much free time but i am steeling time just to keep in touch and stay up to date with the exciting process we are all in.

from post june 26, 2010 experience, "started processing" commonly is the same with MR date, it's just that mr. postman took a while to deliver em ;D


pls see the table (although there is a spreadsheet for PJ262010) and notice that from the time 2nd PER / AOR is given via email, (generally) it took less than a week and they issue already the MR....except for those who were requested additional documents...
