Hi,

Seems we are in the same boat. my ecas is also showing In process and address disappeared on 8th and reappeared 10th of Nov.

PER 24th Oct 2011
Address disappeared 8-Nov-11
Address reappeared 11-Nov-11

Hope this is for some good reason...fingers crossed..please let me know in case you get any update.

Thanks.
my address reappeared as well ;D. ecas same as before

yes you are absolutely right , i had registered with e-CAS Tracker system in order to get alert the moment status is changed ecas.

below is the email i received from eCAS tracker

We can now see the details of your application on e-CAS...

Latest update:

"We received your application for permanent residence on July 22, 2011."

This means that either:

1. Your e-CAS just got activated for the first time, or
2. You just joined the e-CAS Tracker (welcome!), or
3. A new part of your application is showing up, e.g. the PR application
as opposed to the sponsorship part, or
4. Occasionally this could mean your mailing address has been added or
removed from e-CAS.

i wish i could be happy for the same yourhighness as the lady agent went through my application and told me we never sent you anything yet at all , she corrected the e-mail , and told me just to wait , when i explained to her that i am 2 weeks late than the average waitting time for most application , she told me yr application is different , i dunno why ?

Dear steelz, I am sorry for insisiting, but then I still think you must write them a mail. 1) Mention that you are 2 weeks later than average PER time of others. 2) Mention that when you called CIC the lady agent said that your email ID was wrong. 3) Also tell them about your Ecas status.

Its just that from the experiences of our friends in this forum, I have found that the agent's info is rather unreliable. Since mail is a written communication they do not fool around while giving info in mails. This is my personal opinion. That's why I personally think you would still be better off by writing them a mail and wait for the response.

Hope you dont mind my insisiting like this. And about your other query, check your PM. I have responded :-) good luck to you buddy!

Hey guys, hasn't anyone noticed this?? A September applicant getting a PER? ??? Any comments?

I did notice, but dismissed it thinking it is 2010. Is it a 2011 applicant? If so, this is wonderful (but unbelievable :P) news!!!

hey friends ... i m from india and send my CC details for the IMMIGRATION FEE....is that alrite because mine is an international credit card...i m sure they wont have any problem in encashing it..

Please advise.

Thanks

Sorav, please do call your bank and ask them to make a note that you are expecting this transaction from so and so merchant and the amount. Lets be doubly sure that nothing goes wrong. In any case there is so much tension of reaching the CAP etc., why take on on more tension! Please call and keep them informed buddy. All banks have a software where they capture customer interactions and instructions. Ask them to make a note in the CRM.

well Your Highness, the CAP for 0631 has touched 381 and the latest bd encashed is 16th Aug. Can it last a month more :)

RKC said:
No , they have proceeded opening applications beyond Aug 17th. Two different departments handle 'Completeness check' & ' 'Charging processing fees'. Though the Cap numbers reflect only applications whose fees are charged.

So this means that Aug 17th applications are reflecting in the CAPs update as of today. Is my understanding right?
