We are EXACTLY in the same boat. NOC 0631....application rcvd on 14th Sep. Like Alain and RKC, our applications also might have been going side by side on the Fedex Van...lol.....

i wish i could be happy for the same yourhighness as the lady agent went through my application and told me we never sent you anything yet at all , she corrected the e-mail , and told me just to wait , when i explained to her that i am 2 weeks late than the average waitting time for most application , she told me yr application is different , i dunno why ?

So.... They will resend you the letter or not? They have sent the letter to the wrong email ID! Did the lady mention when will send the letter to the correct ID?

No e-mail had been sent , that's what the agent confirmed to me , she said she will correct it so when they reach decision regarding my application , i will receive the e-mail in the correct box.

when i told her why my e-cas says eligibility review complete then , she said it's mistake i can transfer yr call to the IT department , i said its ok

Which number did you call? Did you call the customer service number in Canada? I was under the impression that it is only for the applicants who are in Canada.

the no. is +16139444000 option 1 then 2 - 1 - 1

i thought its only for people in canada too , i call long distance and tell them that , but no problem , i said to myself no harm to try

i have no idea , as its very hard for me to track the BD , as i did it from egypt and i live in qatar.

I would be very thankful to you if you would help me in this.

I have sent an email to CIC inquiring about my application number and status. My application was received on 10th of August, 2011 and CC charged on 26th October, 2011. I have just received this email from CIC.

Your application # is EXXXXXXXXXXX. An assessment letter was sent via the email address on your application on November 7, 2011. If you did not receive it, please advice and we will re-send.

My agent is on holiday for one week and I provided her email address in the application form. So there is no way I can find out what was their email on 7th of November, 2011. I have just checked my application status online using CIC website which says “in process”.

I can't sleep by thinking what it could be? PER or NOR
