CIO usually take 21 days to reply

Then how come sepsam was able to receive a reply from them within 15 days only? Is it a case to case basis? And can you please tell me what to put as the subject for the letter?

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 27 Sept 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Thats it, my journey to canada (via fsw route) get over here. i dont have any hope about next year, if only i personally got to nova scotia and submit my file on 1st july at beginning of office hour of cic.

though as plan B i will bes oon filling for quebec.

Manila VO work so early, they sent my 2nd AOR at 8:16am today, a few minutes ago. Thank You Lord. God Bless everyone.

Hello friends,

I have been watching this thred quietly from time to time and I've seen all kind of speculations on when the quota for 1122 noc was reached.
I would like to announce the followings:

1) My file have reached CIO on 03 August 2011, signed by G Miller.
2) My Noc application is 1122,
3) IELTS Band score 7
4) VO is Bucharest
5)On 06 October I had my CC( Credit card Charged by CIO-FSW-Immigration Canada) the day was thursday.
On sunday evening(09 October) I've wrote to CIO an e-mail asking about my application status. In returned I had received the same automated message posted earlier but on next day "monday noon".
So far no other reply from CIC in regards of my application staus, but for sure the cap reach is not 08 July ,nor 03 August since my credit card was debited with 1244,82 USD ( family with one child) 1250 CAN =1244,82 since my VISA is in USD.
cc:19996611- 6 October 2011 Purchase IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW USD 1,244.82

To be honest, I believe that anybody can be in the game, as long as thier application reached CIO before 22 August.
I prey GOD to help us all and to reach our Immigration goal this year!!!!

It should come anyday now. They sent PERs to 18th July applicants yesterday.

I ran away from work to spice up the forum dear! but I can see that Lubob is already doing so with flying colors.

I am having great time but in Dubai not London, and I am looking forward to see Alain.com too (last time I checked it is not a good thing when men are looking forward to see men!).

Dr.Hasib can you please put some light on this matter ?? Here some applicant's get negative reply from cic like nish get. Everyone is saying that cap reached date is on 8th july 2011. But according to cic website it's 22nd august 2011. There is lots of confusion here. Why cic misguide other applicant's, if cap reached on 8th july 2011 ????
