I guess they mentioned in the letter the type of forms to be updated. Except you have additional informations you wish to update them with, only provide information for the requested updates as stated in your letter.

Get your marriage certificate and supporting docs(public declaration in daily newspaper) together with a letter informing VO of your changed status.
