today i got reply of my CSE regarding my RPRF payment.
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi .

Please be advised that we have received the RPRF fee received and processed on 29.03.2012.

can you add little more to it?

As i want to apply after July 1 2012.But i want to be clear in regard of my experience in India.As Professionally we are called "Food Technologist" but in experience letter , Research & Development officer is mentioned.

Food Technologist is written under 2121

So DO I AM ELIGIBLE????????????

Whatever you may be called on experience letter be it A, B or Zee. The job duties you have performed in the past with proper supporting documents will be checked by the IO ( immigration officer) alongwith the requisite total of 67 points on the grid and POF before he/she could issue you a PER. I urge you not to be be stuck with the job title & start looking at job duties given on HSRDC site. Please also go through the instruction guide. Prepare for Ietls ( if you haven't already) & apply for PCC.

As I can see you have already contacted NKKD, she's the best 2121 I know of.

Dear RKC, In my PER letter it is mentioned that it is positive final review, its mean VO can not challenge it.?

There's another eligibility review carried out at VO after the PER. Of course VOs can change Nova Scotia's decision , if they find the applicant has been wrongly marked eligible . But the good part is 99% of PERs are found eligible at VO. So, no worries.

Thanks for the im p& positive info. But can you please elaborate the factors to get the MR as for MI3 n one is getting the verification call to employer.

As far as I understand that if you have the relevant education along with exp then it makes a positive impact but if you can put more light with different aspects then it will be so great of you...

Verification calls are very random or when any discrepancy is spotted on the papers. No body likes to work extra...hehe . If you are eligible, have 67 points, clear PCC, required POF, medically fit then it's positive.

Alhamdulilah (Thanks to Almighty) today I got a phone call from CHC, ISB to send my original passports. And I just came back after couriered them

(I have sent the same snaps that I sent with initial application. Will it cause any trouble, as its not older than 9 months and we r not changed a bit even. Anyone's comments???)

Thanks for the reply. For your information, I have not submitted my PCC with application as I was not sure about the processing timings & all.

Secondly, I have a question about the funds you know I need to show 8.5 lacs INR ($17000 odd )

I have enough funds but I have only 3+ lacs on my name & rest of the money is joint FDR on my dad & my name as he is Sr. citizen so we made deposits on his name. (First name & then my name)

I have enclosed a affidavit from my dad that this money belongs to me & he has no objection If i use this money for immigration purpose. I have also included the photocopies of FDRs which has my dad's & my name. I also got a letter from bank on their letter head on which bank has mentioned mine & my dad's name with FDRs number & stated that we have following FDRs with them..

Please update if I only have to have funds on my name or Joint FDR will work...
