In my case while interview VO himself told that u will get visa in max 4 weeks.
More than 2 month passed of it.

Did you get an interview call "after" medicals? What was it about, if you don't mind sharing?

Well yeah im on waiting line for PPR-2. And you r very right, you can't predict Visa officers.
One of my city mate got PPR-2 in just 15 days after receiving of documents by VO. and i'm waiting from 7 weeks.
