@ YH my friends case is similar to mine...he sent hiis PP and dd seprately,,and after having e-mailed them with scanned copies of delivery receipts he got a response in 15 days via email confirming that his PP has been received...

Oh ok.

I have been thinking about your case since morning. Here's what my conclusion is. They were looking for your application to stamp your Visa since your DD was already encashed (as you are aware all our friends here whose DD were encashed have rcvd DM) and found that your passports are missing. So they immediately sent you the mail.

In the meanwhile they haven't yet opened your package containing your passports. They will do it coming week, and I am sure you will rcv an update from them saying they have rcvd your PPs. And you needn't fear that your Visa might be delayed beyond 5th July. They will start processing your application back again as soon as they find your PPs.
