I am going to Canada on 6th April.I want to carry all POF CASH only...Is it advisable??????

It is allowed but not advisable for security reasons. You risk loosing it, or some officer at the airport (local airport) ask you too many questions if he finds out about it... You won't have a problem at the POE but it is better to transfer the money in some other approved form!

One more thing: exchange rates are a little better when you are transferring, and most exchange houses will not have 10K Canadian in cash...

It is up to you to decide what works better for you!
