sometimes, International flight's attendants allows to carry a bit above specified limits..but it should be a bit...

bhai i generally carry 30+10 kg when i used to travel from india-london or viceversa

no there wont be any problem, but they might ask for old passport as well as they want to check the travvel history if any.. the only thing that can happen is it can delay ur process for 15-30 days... otherwise no problem

This the main point of the 10000 quota after all (finish the batch and have time to work on older files to reduce the backlog)
