Now I got my PER on 09-Feb-2012.But CIC encashed my CC on NOV 15 for CAD 1,100 for me and my spouse when I apply my first application. But at that time due to incomplete Job Description I got NER. So my question is
1) will they give me back CAD 1,100?

Yes. Your money would be refunded. Congrats! on your PER.

2) if yes, after how many months they will deposit back to my CC?

What was the date when you got NER? You can send a CSE to CIO regarding the same They normally take 2-3 months to do refunds.
