My agent for the mail yday evening .But they informed us only 2day afternoon .

i think this is applicable only for NDVO applicants

pakistantocanada1...it will not effect your application. They cannot be discriminating against people with high BP or diabetes or cholestrol kind of health issues, as it is far too common.

And in my opinion, you must mention this to your DMP. Hiding anything might lead to complications later. That's what I feel personally, and I am a bit of those extra cautious kinds. So you may wait for opinion from others as well.

You are very right. Hiding might complicate things. So it's better not to lie.
