You have to post 10 messages on the forum which will make you a member (you can see right now you are a newbie). Once you become a member, you will be able to update your profile. Hey all, my document will be ready in almost a week, (NOC 7241). Not worried about the NOC cap, but the overall cap:10000 is a little risky! do you think I can send my documents by then, or the overall cap will be reached???

Don't worry about either. The NOC CAP or the overall CAP. You are well in time to apply. Send in your application as soon as you have it ready, and God willing, you will rcv PER in about 80 to 90 days from then.

NOTE: Due to regular maintenance, CIC online services will not be available Saturday, February 4, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. EST to 1:00 p.m. EST.

Thanks for letting me know about it. On the other note, there is nothing to feel offended. Even now, I am regretful about my decision of applying through consultants. I already had a bad experience with them. They let me know about my PER a month later from the date they received.

I have also mentioned lately about my update in E-cas status detail to, "We started processing your application on Feb 1". It happened today. I don't know, what does that exactly mean? Initially, my E-cas status was, "we received your application for PR on August 3".
