Yes buddy.

Generally normal time is 20-45 days . you should have received it till now. as all september applicants from NDVo have got the AOR and even October applicants are also getting AOR. and you got Your PER in NoV last week.

I think you should contact NDVO as its been 2 months now

IT MEANS THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN MY CASE AS 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED?

IS AOR RECEIVED BY EMAIL OR POST?

IS THERE ANY BODY IN THIS FORUM WHO RECEIVED IT AFTER MORE THAN 60 DAYS?

Thanks for your info.
In Indian High Commission, London, it takes 45 days to get PCC. But I heard Birmingham Indian consulate takes 15 days.
I am running short of time. need to submit before 16 march.
