My MR date was January 11, 2012.LVO asked for RPRF too. They didn't asked for PCC as I have sent before
together with my application. We plan to do our medicals last week of January.

Congratulations on getting your MR. Where in Canada are you wanting to go?

NKKD Hortons said:
Hey Alex, Sorry buddy. Apply for your PCC from FBI asap. Doesn't matter even if it takes more than 90days. If you still do not get your PCC in hand at the end of 90 days, you can always write a covering letter to VO along with a copy of your request to FBI. This will serve as proof that you acted on immediately. Considering the fact that holiday season is over, you should get your PCC quickly.
Secondly, PCC is mandatory. You cannot ask VO to waive off this PCC from US as you have not lived there since 2007. The PCC is to show your record for the time you spent in USA as long as it is more than 6 months. In my opinion, claiming for a waiver will be very illogical. The documents they have requested are a not a surprise given your situation with a son just turned 18. These documents will now complete your application with them.
Please go ahead and get things done asap.

imo, u should comply w/ the reqmts asked from you by ur vo and get that fingerprints asap. Also, you may try to request from fbi to fast track ur requested fingerprints (by attaching a copy of said letter so that they will see the given time frame to u by the embassy) bec delays (give emphasis to this) might result to a decision by your vo not favorable to u.

Another thing to do is to send to ur VO a copy of your correspondence w/ fbi so that they will be informed that you have complied and you are just awaiting results...and plead w/ them to give u time in case there is a delay on the part of fbi w/c bec this is beyond ur control.... i am sure for humanitarian reason they will be considerate...let's hope and pray for the best Alexchristi (nice name btw;))

Thank you all for the kind words.

The TNT package is already on the way to the FBI - it will get there on the 23rd (I was lucky to find some good people at the county Police to take my fingerprints. They usually do not do such services.)
Hopefully I will get the FBI certificate before April 1st.

I am fully agreed this thread is the most emotional. Lot of things going on needless to mention as we all know.

RKC deserves MR long time before. It will be a buzz ZZ when RKC got her MR. My best wishes for you and such a good writing also deserves +1 from my side.

Yeah! I feel lucky & blessed at the same time.

You know we all have been together for over 6 months now. We were shocked when so many 1122s were returned for cap reached, were worried when NKKD was not sure if her alternate docs in lieu of birth cert would be accepted, wanted westpoint to file application asap to beat the cap, prayed that YH makes it to the count of 500, were happy to have Ravi back, felt proud when Rahul could turn his NER into PER, were glad to see grimreaper apply for Quebec, worried when jijitipie's & patricia's PER got delayed , missed Big O when he didn't post for many days and so many other things.

grimreaper rightly said, this thread is the most emotional on the entire forum.

Long Live MI3 Family (in Canada).

Not required to include the representative form. Your application is NEW. You are good as long as you do not use that form. You have your OWN email ID on the form and CIO will contact you on that email ID. Good Luck buddy. I hope you included the supplementary travels form. I remember you had a question with that long time ago. Does not matter if you travelled or not but you still need to include that form UNLIKE the common-law- partner declaration, representative form etc which are sent only when applicable.
Thanx NKKD for your reply....yes sir i have included that form...at that time problem was how to write on it..now i have typed on that form through A.B. type writer...wish you a smooth process for your application...

it is a difficult feeling to get NER, in addition, the waiting is difficult too only to find out it's NER, while it's a joyous feeling to get PER and so on...but try to do ur best to always think positively no matter the outcome, just think that every thing is a blessing in disguise :) as they say: there is a season for every thing, a time to be laughing and a time to be crying; a time to sow and a time to reap;

just feel free to ask questions and every one here will be happy to help u, for free ;D Ravi is full of sense of humor, he was just trying to humor u to ease u of ur tension... just follow the document checklist diligently, make sure all spaces for signatures and dates have been supplied with, all documents completed and every thing is arranged accdg to the required arrngement and u'l be fine...most of all, do ur best and leave everything to God's grace.... ;)
