Dear Suhas,
It is absolutely useless to send application now for 1122 NOC. As your application will never make it within CAP.
So wait for next year.
Regards.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Last July 8, 2011 CIO received our application, since then upon waking up in the morning I usually go straight to my computer to check everything that needs to be check. Now after 35 days, I am Happy :D to announce that my Credit Card got charged today. I know it's still a long way to go, but I Thank GOD for this initial step. Goodluck to all and God Bless

i intend to send my application by tommorrow under 1122 as per new forms. appreciate if some body can answer my few questions at earliest:

1. in the fee payment form (mode: draft/cheque), there is field name of payer (if other than principal applicant), should we write the name of bank through which we have made draft or we have to leave it blank or N/A.

>>> u can just write ur own name as the "name of payer"

2. in the generic application form, what we should write in the field "immigration office requested for processing the application". Should we write the name of capital (for eg islamabad) of country or should we write nova scotia /canada. just to let you know that i am from pakistan.

>>> they are asking for ur Visa office's name (Business and Skilled Worker classes apply to London & All other classes to Islamabad), u can check it here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application
Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
  • your country of nationality, or
the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.

3. where to mail/courier the application?

>>>
BY Regular mail:

Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500 Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

BY courier:
Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
196 George Street Sydney, NS
B1P 1J3
Canada

I think that the "Crane Operators" are ZERO because, .... lets see, for example in my country the people who operate a crane are people who didnt went to university, is hard to find a crane operator who knows english, less french :-), they usually has a little bit o experience because they work for outsourcings by indepent workers, and not for a biiiggg company, so yes, they are crane operators but they are less preparered than a Service Manager for example (NOC1122), probably thats the fact in all third world countries, maybe thats the same situation for plumbers, welders and electricians.

Hay guys one million dollar question, Did any one remember from last year any precedents that CC/BD for people were charged after closing of cap 1122????Answer will lead to imp conclusion. ;) ;) ;)

I have checked this before, and it did not give any good sign. The last apps accepted that is of 28th oct were encashed on the 03rd of Nov 2 days before the cap was closed...

The only thought which can give hope is that last year they had four months to process payments. This year the cap runs out quickly so charging CC/BD will take time. But charging application within just five days of receiveing an application also show the capability of CIO to process payment fast.I am keeping my finger crosss.
