CAN HE SUBMIT FURTHER SUPPORTIVE DOCS,TWO WEEKS BACK HIS WIFE GOT HER DEGREE CERTIFICATE TOO? is this application rejected but there s E number, status is "in process"?

Am sorry but this is a NER. Further submission of degree certification of spouse will not be accepted at this point. Your friend will have to apply again and if he/she is from a capped NOC should wait until July 2012 to send the application.

Wow thats good. So i can say that A ND Visa Officer said to a Visa officer in London to send a gift of MR in neighboring country from AVSNEH. SO nice of you. But i'll also have a good meal in Canada as well. 8)

I just got my MR letter issued by Manila Visa Office last January10. Pls update my spreadsheet.

Does London office sends AOR or it send Medical Request (MR) directly ?

I received MR directly. Not even RBVO in Ecas. the 2nd line in my ecas was "we started processing on your application on 04-1-12. and i received MR on 11-1-12 and the letter date was 5-1-12.
