Is it very obvious to provide Visa office my Mobile number or land phone number? I did not find any option in the main application form for that. Please advise me.

Dear forum members @ Echoes1978, Jubes, i would like to have some information from those who received NER coz of insufficient points about the refund of the processing fee. Please share whether u got refund or not, as i am not convinced by the email send by CIO as they have mentioned clearly if u get NER at CIO level u will get full refund and i am pretty sure i got my refusal from CIO level. So please forum members help me out if anyone with same situation did get a refund, so that i will be able to fight for the rights of my hard earned money.

i got NER before (CIO level) due to them finding me not performing the occupation xxxxx.....[something like this], but they refunded my processing fee. at that time i had an agency and they used cc. It was sometime in March 2011, in a week's time it was returned (the processing fee) to the cc that my agent used. I found out abt it having been returned on May 2011 bec my agent keep telling me it has not been returned (everytime i asked them when i will get my processing fee back). Then I wrote CIO (via email) informing them of email add changes, cancellation of my representative and to inquire abt the refund and when they replied, they clearly specified the date it was refunded. My agent returned it to me right after i informed them abt CIO's reply and after i told them that i will make complaints against them to CSIC.

Hello All

I have a question and will appreciate any answers / feedbacks. I was in Manila when I submitted my application for PR . I recieved my PER in Nov 8 and my AOR on Nov 28 from Manila VO. However, now I am not in Manila and I informed the Manila VO of my movement.

Q: Where will I recieve my MR forms in the mailing address that u wrote in your application formand how long you think it might take i think by this time it should have reached your mailing address. I see that two others from Manila VO in category 1122 recieved their MRs and I am getting a tiny bit anxious about the same. I also believe that the MR forms are sent by courier via snail mailso am assuming that it will reach my permanent did u also used this permanent address as ur mailing address?address on my application ( which is my India address ) , is that right ?

Please, if anybody has any idea / feedback / suggestions / advise on by when can I expect to see my forms, will be greatly appreciated.

pls find some of my answers in blue. also i would like to advise u to make an email enquiry to CEM abt the status of your application, that way it will clear the smoke and you get direct answer to your questions (as they say, straight from the horse's mouth)...

yes i wrote them back after nearly 6months and got reply as..Your application, E0000000 received by our office on 22 Nov 2010, was assessed and it was determined that the application met ministerial instructions. It was placed into processing if it had been placed into processing, then you can not get a refund....and failed on selection due to insufficient points; therefore, no refund will be issued.

First info is all abt APPLICATIO N DETAILS,
followed by PERSONAL DETAILS
then CONTACT INFORMATION, here in #1 it asks for current mailing address
#2 residential address

#4 alternate tel no.
