1. What are the contents of 2nd AOR for post June 2010 applicants?
2. Is 2nd AOR send by post or email?
3. Is 2nd AOR the same for pre and post June 2010 applicants ?
4. Eligibility (points) is checked at CIO for post June 2010 applicants, Is eligibility (points) re-checked by VO after 2 AOR ?

Agreed. They have cheated with post Feb 2008 and pre June 2010 applicants. which is criminal and in-ethical, I think those who have applied through consultant like Noranax Zain Hashmi or others like this can ask him to provide the exact information that what is going on and what is next. Those who applied last April 2010 should definately seek help from such persons to get correct picture. Otherwise waiting indefinitely even after one year is hopeless and difficult.

u r right, but noranex consulting is one of the crap and crafty group of shhhhits, once i contacted thema nd they wanted me to pay 3500USD where as in Gulf and Africa recognized consultants with CSIC charge only 2000USD. I dont trust these people who even charge 1000PKR for an ordinary info. I am seriously thinking tohand over their activities to MI and FIA for their fraudulent activities and soon gona speak to one of my friend working with Police Intelligence network. hope for the best !

I sent an email to CHC London to find about Ecas. I got the following reply.

Thank you for your enquiry.

We regret that Ecas is experiencing technical difficulties and some files may incorrectly show that a decision is made on a file or in process when in fact the application is still in process. The IT department at CIC in Ottawa is aware of the problem.

Your application is still in process.

We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
