No, you should receive MR until end of June 2012. Let's hope even earlier.
He was telling you the worst case Scnerio, to give you an idea that you should get the MR by the latest June 2012.

We can find PSED in our caips notes result that we have passed or not.

Paper screening decision always made after 2nd AOR , But no one knows how much time required for this.

I think they have completed our paper screening becoz i submitted my documents in may 2010 and got 2nd AOR in aug 2010 and when i got caipsnotes in OCT 2010 it shows 10 points for age and others are showing zero. So how it is possible that in 2 months they only verify my birth certificate and other documents they didnt verify.

Now a days some pre june 2010 applicants are requesting to return original documents and visa offices have no problem for this and they are returning our documents on our request so it means that they have completed our documents screening/scanned.

Some applicants getting all original documents and some are getting only educational documents not ielts.

Staralihaider, We are all getting PSED status 4 because our files were transferred to London on allegedly 1 April 2010. Nothing happened until 27 July, and most of us received a second AOR on 30 July 2010. 23 Months processing time mean that we should wait until the end of June 2012 to receive a medical call, if at all.

PSED 4 means as described in the Caips report that where no paper file exists. If we all carefully look at our PSED code placed around where we all got 10 points for age, the code states 0, which means "not verified yet". So, until we get "1", I cannot say conclusively that our PSED has been verified and points granted or approved.

Secondly, your Caips report that you ordered in Oct 2010 is similiar to mine, I ordered mine in Sept. 2011 and got it in October 2010. All of my documents are scanned, each and everyone including POF and PCC which I submitted at the beginning with full package.

My BFD was 25 October 2011. I don't think they are doing anything on my file because its ECAS status is "in process" with RBVO but no actual in process date.

Nothing different, typical story matching other pre June applicants.

I hope that the legal litigation of Tim Leahy can change something. He informed me that he has filed my case along with 62 others today in the Federal Court of Canada.

I got all my original educational documents back after 1 & half years of custody, except IELTS Score sheet & Original Nikkah Namma.

but sent a query for Case status .
and as a result I received my original documents(educational certificates) back, plus demand for further documents (like Economically Establishment Plan & evidence for available fund)
