I believe 9 Visas and 15 Medical is very less for whole 2011 from above list which more than 150 applicants :(
I wish and pray to Allah that 2012 will better year for above list

"If your application has passed the paper screening stage you do not qualify for a refund of the processing fees."

What is the paper screening stage? Is it the stage where NS CIO determines your eligibility?

How many screening stages exist in the whole set up?

What is PSED in Caips codes? I think it refers to paper screening.

What stage is called PER? or positive eligibility review? Is it not the same as Paper screening stage?

Dear Khan,

I have also applied on December, 2009 in NOC 4131, sent full docs to VO in South Korea on 10 June, 2010. Although they told that if I cant hear anything till 25 December, 2010 but when I sent them message, they told that my file is still on pending. My current e-CAS shows 'in process' but the inside details are same as RBVO. It's being almost 18 months after I submitted full docs to the VO. They are just increasing their processing time to finalize the case. Frustrated this painful waiting. What does your e-CAS status shows?
God bless to all of us.....
Hello

My ecas is in process with RBVO details, no processing date is advised, so this is the fake "in process" status. I have hired the legal services of Tim Leahy who you all must know is suing the CIC for foul play, breach of promises and breach of trust of all those applicants who applied in good faith and trust.By accepting our applications, our fees and issuing us all a letter that our cases took 12 months, they effectively entered a binding service agreement(In simple terms, the good old law of contract), and quite clearly, they have broken their agreement by not providing the service within their own promised time limits. We did not force them or entice them to promise processing of our files in 12 months. They promised this in accordance with their own guidelines.

It is yet unclear what is the processing times for Pakistani applicants processed in London. 23 months which is for London CHC or 27 months which is for Islamabad CHC.

The time starts from the date of your 2nd AOR letter in which they say that "you should contact us if you don't hear from us after 8 months". Since, your 2nd AOR is 25 Dec. 2010, you should expect to receive a medical request after 17 months which is the time for Manila provided they don't increase it during processing.

As for me and for all Pakistani applicants whose files were transferred to London in April 2010, have a common file transfer date of 27 July 2010. So, our time calculation to receive a Medical request, not PPR, should be 23 months from that date, ie 27 July 2010. So, effectively, it should be 27 June 2012 or around it.

Seniors and other members, please correct me if I am wrong.

Best of Luck
Khan

PER policy apply on those who are post june 2010 applicants (29 occupation list) CIO determines your eligibility. PER (Positive eligibility review) NER (Negitive eligibility review)

Paper screening stage the stage where VO determines your eligibility.

PSED in Caips notes means you passed this paper screening stage OR not.
