What are chances of getting rejection after we get RPRF,PP and Medicals request?

It has been done Almost months back but no feedback for my bro's case..does it mean positive...cos his DD has been credited and medicals are also thru

Please give ur expertise comment on this

Dear dingdong and Abhi,

I have read somewhere in these forums about rejection after medicals. I remember an expert advised, it was due to lapses found by VO in background checks. Don't worry, it may not be your case. Wait for some more time. Everything will be fine.

His verification was done in Jan second week and in feb first week they had asked for RPRF n Medicals. Normally do u know the chances of getting visa after this stage.Pls help ...worried for my bro now.


Do they do verification to all the employers or only the skilled catergory employers.

Usually it doesn't take more than 14 weeks but CHC New Delhi has a backlog for passport stamping. Its just security checks which are on and I think you should get your passport soon as soon as the status changes to Decision Made. Don't think anything negative, its just an administrative delay.

Dear all,

Looking to time taken by CHC delhi in issuing Visa after medical done , I can assume that their Verification procedure is continuing even after Medical request. As now CHC Delhi is issuing Medical request even within a month after submission of documents.So as per my view Verification of our file are continuing now. Visa issuance may depend on case by case not by Category . For those cases where CHC spent lots of time for verification before Medical , They can expect Visa earlier than others.

Medicals and passports both reached CHC ND on March 8th. Ecase status is still same - in progress. When can I expect any change. Just concerned.

thanku so much rocky...i just wanted to know, is there any possibilty of rejection after medicals.....and i just want to confirm that i travelled so many countries like, 2 times canada,2 times usa, u.k, switzerland, ireland,australia,sri lanka, bangkok, malaysia and germany&france, so they check security check in each country but my stay is less thn 6 month in each country,and i sent my ppt , my wife's and my daughter as well...
