Sure if you can prove that you have the financial resources to pay for school (25k/year) and your program choice makes sense based on your previous education and work history you may be accepted as an international student. If you graduate from a school the qualifies for PGWP you can work after you graduate if you get your PGWP. You are usually allowed to work up to 20 hours per week as a student although that may not be possible. One issue may be if you have expensive medical needs. You can be denied for that reason or may not have adequate medical coverage based on the international student plan available in that province.What about if I want to study there education get a diploma? & then work in there?
