I was working at a firm that is closed down. How to prove my 6 months experience. I have some checks but not all.

T4 from the company might help .It is not mandatory to have paystubs attached.You need only T4 and NOA from CRA if worked in canada. Paystubs only for last year can be attached as 2016 T4 are not issued yet by companies.

Write an explanatory letter and hope you got reference letter from the company stating you worked for them under the noc category and you salary and working hours and job duties in compliance with the code specified in the CIC website.

Your employer should have either given you a paper "Record of Employment" or should have submitted an electronic ROE to Service Canada. Depending on how long ago this was, you should be able to download a copy of your ROE from Service Canada.

The ROE will include dates of employment, job title, wages/salary info... very useful document to have if you cannot get a letter.

If you have any former managers / supervisors / co-workers from your time their, a letter from them will also help.
