Alright, so here is my predicament:
I am on a student visa in USA, just started my OPT period and I have work experience of approximately 10 years back home in India. In total, I worked with 4 companies -
Company A = 1 year
Company B = 6 years
Company C = 1.5 years
Company D = 1.5 years
Query 1: While I may be able to obtain some job reference letters, I ain't sure about the othes. The reason behind this is - the company I worked with has now been taken over by another and is no longer in existence (Company D). I have the offer letters confirming my date of joining and designation for all of them but I don't have the relieving letters.
Query 2: Also, my then managers/department heads have moved on to different companies and fields. Do their reference letters explaining my job functions also need to be on a letterhead?
