job reference letter

Hi guys,
I got an ITA, and I'm preparing my documents now but the seal (stamp) in the employment reference letter is in my native language.
Should the seal be translated? And should I attach a business card as well?

1. All translated documents need to be reviewed by special translation agencies, they should translate seals/stamps as well. As far as I know it is mandatory.
2. Business card prefferable but not an obligation, better to send it if you have it
