Hi Members

My Visa office wants Job Reference letters in Company letterhead. its fine but I have reference letter which is 3 pages long. Does my HR need 3 Company letterhead pages to write down my reference letter or its the 1st page in Company letterhead and rest in white blank pages?

Hi

Just first page of the letter would suffice the requirement

Generally companies will give the first letter on the company letter head and the paper quality will also be different like a bond paper. The subsequent continued papers may be of a lower quality or different color. The last paper tho would be signed by your manager or company HR. This should be fine with CIC.

This is in response to your PM:

Yes, it will be fine... the 1st page being the actual letter head & the balance of pages in blank paper [provided they contain the signature & seal of the org].

Hi Jnathan,

I have replied to your PM.

Good Luck.

Thanks experts and others.
I will request the 1st page to be on Letterhead and the rest in white paper with Watermarking of our company's logo and name.

Thanks for your quick replies.
You have been always so helpful.
