It's individual - yes, they have to do this for every single employee. No - you cannot use an LMIA they have obtained for someone else.

Yes - you will get experience points for working in Canada. However keep in mind that any work experience you gain while attending school cannot be counted.

Yes, Now I have both work and study permit, I got the study permit a month ago. So you are saying getting the study permit is ruining everything?!

Your work experience before you started studying will count, but as soon as you became a student again, the experience does not count.

Please read this page, it is mentioned that "Your work experience must have been gained while on a valid work permit, such as the Post-Graduation Work Permit."
