Hi,

I am currently a full time studying post graduate certificate student in Toronto, Ontario.
Recently I got a full time job offer from a Canadian employer.
I am in my second (last) semester and course will end on April 27th 2018.

The job offer comes under NOC B.
I was thinking to apply for OINP international student job offer stream. But it requires me to finish the course first.
Any suggestions?

If you want to start working full time now, your employer needs to first obtain an approved LMIA and then you'll need to apply for a closed work permit. Once the closed work permit is approved, you'll be able to start working full time.

LMIA can easily take 4-6 months to obtain. So even if you're employer is willing to go through the process, you may be in for quite a wait. You're likely just better off asking your employer to hold your job offer until you've complete your studies and have applied for a PGWP.
