Job Offer Received - Cannot apply for PGWP without confirmation of graduation which is after the starting date

can anyone let me know if its possible to start full time job on my valid study permit after my finals and before i receive a notification from the college that i have successfully graduated?

i cannot apply for PGWP without that letter but I want to start my job as soon as possible

No. You cannot work FT until you apply for PGWP.
